WE'RE GLAD YOU ASKED!

As a member owned club, all of the maintenance, upkeep & projects are handled by members just like you.  This includes pool startup in the Spring, pool shut-down in the Fall, mowing the grass, painting the buildings, you name it!

TRC Workdays are scheduled for every 

Sat or Sunday Beginning the middle of

March until we open.

• Pressure wash pool - completed 5/16

• Paint Pool (paint days 5/17-5/20, 10am-3pm)

• Paint Bathrooms

• Fix trim on baby pool valve cover (Ian working on)

• Clean-up volleyball area

• Rehang shed doors

• Fix/reinforce picnic tables (all)

• Restore horseshoe pits

• Party lights in shelter house

• Fix "Pier" lights in shelter house

• Remove/replace east quartz light/pole (facilities)

• Check & clean up wires by baby pool

• Fix lights - baby pool & entrance

• Float auto switch for well pump

• Fix Women's Sink leak - completed 5/5

• Fix left urinal not flushing in men's room (Don Vaughn fixing)

• Replace shower heads in both showers (6 heads total)

• Fix PA mic issues

• Fix east in-pool lights (facilities)

• Fix roof on shelter house

• Fix/replace roof over bathrooms

LAWN MOWING PLAN:

In order to keep costs down, and membership rates affordable, members are handling the lawn care.  In order to keep this from being too large a burden, we are looking for individuals that are interested in "owning" a section of lawn at TRC that they will be responsible for keeping mowed.  This will likely just need to be once a week, unless growth gets out of control.
